"After losing our beloved 5-month old daughter, Reese, in July, 2006, we set up a foundation in Reese's name to raise money to donate to Candlelight Ranch. We learned of the Ranch and the wonderful services it provides to special needs children from Reese's doctor, David Breed. To know that our daughter has a key role in helping other special needs kids enjoy outdoor experiences at the Ranch makes the experience truly amazing."

Tara Gray is currently a housewife and mother to young Hunter and Cody Gray. Tara holds a bachelor's degree in Health and is certified to teach Wellness Promotion. She worked in the non profit sector for 6 years with the American Cancer Society before her decision to stay at home to raise her children. In addition to her board position with Candlelight Ranch, she is currently the Vice Chairman for Family Teams for The March of Dimes in Austin. Tara and Jeff have been married for 8 years.
